We are seeking candidates for Chief Financial Officer, based in our Cincinnati headquarters. The CFO will provide hands-on leadership in managing the company’s balance sheet and risk exposure, capital raising, investor relations, accounting and tax functions, and will work closely with the CEO, President and COO to evaluate acquisitions, dispositions and other transactions. Position requires an MBA or equivalent, CPA, significant shopping center experience, strong finance background and strong banking relationships. The ideal candidate is employed as a CFO, Director of Finance, or Treasurer in a real estate company and has 10+ years total experience.
