With a portfolio now totaling more than 25 million square feet, we are currently seeking an experienced and motivated anchor leasing professional to join our redevelopment team and manage anchor opportunities for properties in the southwest. This individual will be based in Texas and will be required to create and implement merchandising plans to attract anchor tenants to our shopping centers. The candidate will prospect and build relationships with tenants, prepare proposals, negotiate, and finalize leases in a timely fashion. Overnight travel is required. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7+ years of retail anchor leasing experience and have a bachelor’s degree. Prefer  CLS, CCIM designation or solid financial background with excellent communication, sourcing and closing skills and should have established contacts and relationships with retailers. Excellent compensation plan with one of the best commission structures in the industry.
