With a portfolio now totaling more than 25 million square feet, we are currently seeking an experienced and motivated leasing professional to join our Salt Lake City-based west leasing team and manage leasing for properties in Texas. Create and implement merchandising plans to attract tenants to our shopping centers who will add value for both Phillips Edison and our customers. Prospect and build relationships with tenants, prepare proposals, negotiate, and finalize leases in timely fashion. Some overnight travel required-no weekends. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of retail leasing experience with excellent communication, sourcing and closing skills and should have established contacts and relationships with retailers. Excellent compensation plan with one of the best commission structures in the industry. This position will work from either our SLC office or a home office in the Dallas, TX area. Relocation assistance is available for the ideal candidate.
